I first called Missoula home in 1998 while attending the University of Montana.  During the first couple of years in Missoula I bought my first house thus diving head first into the real estate business.  By 2002 I finished taking courses at the University and had purchased 3 more homes that I fixed up and turned into rentals.  My degree earned was a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Montana.   

            Over the past several years my knowledge in real estate has become quite extensive.  My experience has evolved from buying fixer uppers, creating value, and managing properties to dealings in multi-million dollar real estate projects.
